On 23 August 2018, the Luxembourg supervisory authority, Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Finance (CSSF) issued a circular 18/698 on the authorisation and organisation of Luxembourg investment fund managers and on specific provisions on the fight against money laundering and terrorist financing applicable to investment fund managers and to entities carrying out the registrar agent function (the Circular).
